WELCOME TO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
DOOR ACCESS CODE
We will provide you with a unique access code to the electronic keypad on the front door the day before your arrival. This will allow you to check yourself in to the property. Press your 4 digit code into the keypad and press the check symbol and the door will unlock. To lock when leaving all you need to do is press the "YALE" symbol and the door will lock.
CHECK-IN TIME
Check-in time is 4pm. Please do not arrive early as we need time for our housekeepers to properly clean the residence ahead of your arrival.
We suggest you refer to the section on what to do if you arrive early - there is plenty to keep you entertained!
On check-in, if there's anything not as you expect, or not working, please do let us know ASAP by contacting us through the booking app.
SECURITY SYSTEM
WIFI
This home is equipped with a security system for your safety. Please reach out to the host via app messenger if you want to use this feature and a unique code will be provided to you.
You are welcome to use this during your stay if it makes you feel more comfortable. When you leave the home you press "Alarm Away", all doors must be shut when you do this, then you have 60 seconds to leave. Very simple! You can also set the alarm when you sleep if it makes you feel more comfortable or traveling alone, simply press "Alarm Home" and within 60 second the alarm will set so if any doors or windows open during the night you will be alerted. There are motion sensors in the home but absolutely no cameras on the premises. We want you to feel safe in your new environment!
